One way airport transport service

• Advance booking is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Confirmation will be provided via email or WhatsApp upon successful booking.
• Last-minute requests are subject to availability.
• Airport pick-up: Our driver will wait at the designated meeting point with a signboard displaying the guest's name.
• Airport drop-off: Guests should be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Delays beyond 30 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation of service.
• For flight delays, the driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival time.
• If a guest does not show up within this period, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
• Changes to the booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up time will be charged 50% of the transport fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of pick-up time will be charged in full.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
